BeginnersGuideToTrackDaysSmall

To start earning, simply refer visitors to this website through your own unique tracking link, after which you will earn a 70% commission on the customers purchase.

All you have to do is showcase the ‘Beginners Guide to Motorcycle Track Days’ Ebook on your own website, insert your affiliate link, and you can get residual sales for years to come!

“ClickBank.com” manage this affiliate program at present. They are an affiliate program management company.

You will receive your commission every two weeks on the dot. They are the biggest name in the business, meaning they are extremely reliable. They haven’t had a late payment since they started back in 1998.

Recurring Income

Every customer that purchases the eBook is offered a $1 month long trial of my membership site – http://trackridertraining.com

After this $1 trial the customer is then billed at $27 a month until they cancel.

The course is new, but at present I have seen very low attritiion rates, with all members staying for the full four month course, with some staying longer to continue to get content more.

All you have to do is send your audience to the eBook, and if they accept the membership site upsell after they purchase, you’ll get recurring commission on that too!

Setting Up

Ok, let’s get you earning commissions!

Step 1: Create a ClickBank.com account and affiliate ID

To start, you’ll need to visit Clickbank.com and signup for an account (it’s free).

Once your account is created, your affiliate ID will automatically be created. This will tell Clickbank which account to send the commissions to.

After completing the signup form, their system will send you a verification email. You will need to click on the verification link inside to complete your signup.

Step 2: Set up your Beginners Guide to Motorcycle Track Days affiliate link

Now that you’ve signed up and confirmed your account in the verification email, your Clickbank affiliate ID is good to go. Your affiliate ID is the same as your username (aka. “nickname”).

Simply replace the “XXXXX” portion in the link below with your own Clickbank affiliate ID (nickname). Leave everything else EXACTLY as you see it. This will ensure that you earn a commission every time you make a sale.

The ‘dannetting’ portion of the link below is the name of the Clickbank vendor/merchant (that’s me).

Your affiliate link will look similar to:

http://XXXXX.dannetting.hop.clickbank.net

Just replace “XXXXX” with your own Clickbank ID

So if your clickbank ID was “fredsmith20”- your link would look like this:

http://fredsmith20.dannetting.hop.clickbank.net

If you do not wish for your affiliate ID to be visible in the link you place on your site, you can go to the ‘marketplace’ (there’s a link at the top of Clickbank’s site), search for the product name, and then click the ‘promote’ button next to my product.

This will provide an encrypted version of the link, but will still serve the exact same purpose.

Step 3: Promote your unique Beginners Guide to Motorcycle Track Days affiliate link

All you have to do now is place the link within the content on your site, either using banners (examples below) or within text based content, such as reviews, articles, or recommendations.

When you create your own reviews and recommendations that are honest and sincere, people will trust and buy from you. The Beginners Guide to Motorcycle Track Days is a great product, so giving a positive review should be pretty easy.

Quick Tips

Tip #1 – Know the Audience

The two biggest issues that riders face during the very beginning and early stages of their track day lives is one, the fear of crashing, and two, they want to ride faster and be more confident, but don’t know how.

If you want to put some promotional material together yourself, and you are targeting newcomers to track days, I would recommend you present these factors.

The Beginners Guide to Motorcycle Track Days will most definitely help in those areas, and there is a ton of information for those that are completely new, or fairly new to track days.

Tip #2 – Use My Content

Feel free to use any of the marketing materials on my sales page or on my site. If you do use it, please can I ask that you re-work it so it isn’t a straight copy and paste (Google doesn’t like that).

The only thing that I would actually ASK you to copy word for word is the testimonials at the top of the sales page. Please keep those as they are if you choose to use them.

The ‘Newcomer Info’ section on my site is a great place to see what newcomers are most concerned with. Feel free to use that section (and others) for content inspiration.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much will I get paid for each sale?

When one of the visitors that you have sent through buys the Beginners Guide to Motorcycle Track Days, ClickBank processes the sale, applies its charges, then calculates the commission rate based on the remaining net sale amount.

Here’s an example of how much you will earn on a single purchse of the guide:

Retail Price: $27
Subtract Clickbank’s charges (7.5% + $1): -$3.03
Net Sale Amount: $23.97
70% of Remainder: $16.78

Therefore, as the referring affiliate for this sale, you would earn $16.78

If the customer then accepts the Track Rider Training upsell, you will earn a small commission on the initial $1 trial, and then $16.78 for every month after that that they stay in the course.

Do I have to do anything after a sale?

No. As long as your affiliate link is in place, Clickbank will sort everything else out and make sure you get paid for the traffic you send to this site. Assuming they buy something, of course.

Can I promote the guide to my email list?

Yes of course, but only if you go about it ethically and not in a spammy way, and as long as your email list is genuine where everyone has opted-in.

If it’s not your list, or the addresses have been paid for, then this is not allowed.

The general rule of thumb is if you maintain your own subscriber list, use a proper list-management service which places an ‘unsubscribe’ link in every mail, then you will be fine.

If you violate this policy then I will cancel your affiliate account, and any outstanding payouts will be forfeited. There will be no warning, so take this seriously.

Can I pretend it’s my product?

No. You may not misrepresent yourself or your website in an attempt to make your visitors think that you are in some way part of this company. You are an affiliate and must behave as such.
